You can delete your ZANTŌ account at any time. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Every session, mark, milestone and note you have recorded, your profile, and the account itself. None of it remains on our systems.
If you paid: the accounting record of your payment, which is the invoice, the amount, the date, and the name and address it was issued to. It is held by Stripe and in our bookkeeping, in Bokio.
If you withdrew from your purchase: the record of your withdrawal, which is the name and email address you gave on the withdrawal form and the date we received it.
Swedish bookkeeping law requires us to keep both until the end of the seventh year after the year of the sale. They are used for accounting only and contain none of your record.
Deleting your account is not a refund. To withdraw from a purchase, use zanto.app/withdraw first.
